This workshop is structured to provide the following information:

How to structure case building methods by using fundamental techniques (Documentation: step by step checklist) to provide a consistent format for each case.

How to process your crime scene, living evidence and requesting enhance penalties for repeat offenders.

Educate the complainant and owner, use all your resources during investigation to provide best outcomes for all animals involved.

Using best practices and resources to aid animal welfare cases.

This workshop is structured to provide the following information:

How to build a crime-stopping Animal Cruelty Unit! Our presentation will show how to navigate through procedures and assignments, to successfully prosecute animal cruelty cases.

Each member has specialized functions and job duties, from evidence collection to working with rescue groups. Our model has worked for L.A.P.D Animal Cruelty Taskforce and D.K.PD. Animal Cruelty Taskforce respectfully, how about you!

 Audience participation will lean toward Law Enforcement agencies (Police, Sheriff, Code Enforcement, and Animal Control, Shelter worker, volunteers, and rescue groups).
